City of Las Cruces

The City of Las Cruces has reached out to ASH + LIME to help make their downtown an extraordinary place. Currently, the City has various vacant and underperformed parcels that are lacking the potential we see. Using resources they already have, ASH + LIME has identified immediate opportunities to make improvements to the parcels with the help of neighborhood residents and other stakeholders.

The initial assessment is part of an integrative approach ASH + LIME takes to view different elements of the City as a whole. From this approach, long-term strategies recommendations are born along with an immediate public space activation strategy which residents can experience.
